Paula's Hearts
Here is an update on my Paula's Hearts Crazy Quilt. I have been working very slow on this as I seem to be stuck. I did the ribbbon embroidery in the middle and struggled with it as I haven't done a lot of it. I want to get this done for my quilt guilds' quilt show in May. I also want to get it done so I can give it to Paula.
It certainly doesn't look like you struggled with the silk ribbon. It looks great! The spray of flowers is perfect for that space. I also like the flower beads and a charm added to each of the lace hearts.
I Love Crazy Quilting and Embroidery. I collect vintage textiles and try to use them in my quilts as much as I can. I love antique Crazy Quilts and am inspired by them in my own work.
I also enjoy nature and birdwatching. We have many bird feeders in our yard and we like to sit outside and watch them.
